  • Technical impossibility identified after project start
  • Mutual agreement to terminate project early
  • Failure to meet agreed-upon milestones without justification
Non-Refundable
  • Change of mind or business direction by client
  • Client failure to provide necessary materials or feedback
  • External factors beyond BeLikely's control
  • Services already delivered and accepted
  • Custom development work completed to specification
  • Third-party services or licenses purchased on client's behalf
Partial Refunds
  • Project cancellation before completion
  • Scope reduction by mutual agreement
  • Early termination with deliverables partially completed
  • Technical limitations discovered mid-project affecting final scope
